Daniel Pritchard, currently co-owner of Daniel Christopher Salon has been leading change in the beauty industry for more than 30 years. As an entrepreneur, Daniel has developed five successful salons and has built his business acumen with strengths in leadership and community engagement. He has created new beauty concepts and has instilled them into other hair stylists as a platform educator across Europe and North America, and has judged numerous hair styling competitions. Daniel works to challenge the status quo of beauty education and create career opportunities for new stylists by sharing knowledge and providing responsible leadership.

Chrissy is a Red Seal Journeyperson who has received full academic training from Richards Beauty College (now The Style Academy). Over the years in DC, she has developed a passion for creativity and guest satisfaction. This is what inspires her to make her guests feel their most beautiful while they are in, and out of her chair. Having mentored by top stylists across Canada and the US, Chrissy believes that learning never ends as she regularly attends Aveda's advanced education. Behind the chair, she enjoys fun edgy pixies, product knowledge, long-layered cuts, and dimensional hairpainting. When she is not at work, she is all about adventure, travel, and volunteering in the community.

Pauline Aranda is one of the brightest graduates of year 2018 from The Style Academy. Her passion for the Beauty Industry started when she started taking Cosmetology classes in highschool. Pauline loves to make her guest feel welcomed and heard at her chair, giving them above and beyond services from consultation to finishing touches. 

Her passion lies in dimensional colors. From Bright Blended Blondes, Rich Natural Balayages to Bold Fashion Colors. 

She also loves all the aspects of haircutting, especially precision bobs.

Pauline participated in doing hair for models in the last 2 years of Saskatchewan Fashion Week. 

She always takes the oportunities in exercising her creativity in styling and updos for photoshoots and special events. Pauline is also a self-taught Makeup Artist, focusing on Bridal and fresh everyday make up looks 

Alongside all that creative work, she is also a Certified Permanent Make Up Technician, oferring Gradient Ombre/ Combo Brow and Lip Blush services. 

Pauline believes in expanding her knowledge in the industry by taking classes to sharpen her skills and keep up to date with trends. She is a traditional hard worker, delivering her best with every person that sits on her chair. 

Like most people, she is a fur parent and spends most of her free time with her Jack Russel Terrier named Oreo. She also loves to travel to experience different cultures and cuisines. 

Hanna graduated from MC College Saskatoon in 2021. Her favourite things to do behind the chair are blondes, color corrections, dimensional brunettes, and special occasion hairstyles. 

Chris Pritchard is an award winning hair stylist and entrepreneur. He is the co-owner of Daniel Christopher Aveda Salon, Co-Founder of Saskatchewan Fashion Week, and one of the top hairstylists in Regina, Saskatchewan. Chris has received international academy training in New York, Toronto, Vancouver, and other cities across Canada.

He is a two time Canadian Hairdresser Mirror Award Winner, receiving the Saskatchewan Hairdresser of the Year Award in 2010 and 2011. He is also a 2011 Aveda National Hairdressing Competition winner as well as a nominee for Saskatchewan Hairdresser of the year in 2012 for both Mirror Awards and the Contessa awards.

Bailey graduated from The Style Academy in 2019 with high remarks. Her passion for hair is rooted deeply as her great, great grandfather was a barber as well. Being the motivated and caring person that she is, she aspire to dedicate her positive energy into making people feel and look good everytime they visit her on her chair. She has the most fun doing men's cuts, blondes, and deep colours. She is also a Ukrainian dancer outside of work! The Aveda Phomollient mousse keeps her hair bouncy and shiny from going stylist to dancer all day long!
